FALL REGISTRATION 2012 - 2013
Starting Soon! Current Families Monday, May 7th New Families, Monday, May 14th Dear Adventure Club Families, Please read this email carefully because we have some changes in registration for the 2012-2013 school year. Current families and incoming kindergarten families may register starting May 7th at 6:30 am. This year families who register early will receive a Tuition Rebate Voucher. Families who register for 2-5 days per week by May 31st 2012 will receive the voucher. The rebate value is a $35 rebate for 5 days a week and $20 for a 2-4 days per week. The registration papers must be totally complete to receive the voucher. To be valid vouchers must be submitted with your September payment. You may pick up the forms at all Adventure Club sites. Families who will be attending SEA may pick up and turn in the forms at your current Adventure Club site. The following forms will be in the registration packet:

Adventure Emergency Information with placement area for your child's picture
Robbinsdale Area Schools Permission Slip and Waiver Form
Adventure Club Child Information
Auto Pay Form ( A new form must be completed for each year)
Everyone needs to complete and return all forms to complete the registration process to be enrolled at Adventure Club. This includes having your child's picture attached to the emergency information form. We can not take any partial registrations. Once all the paperwork is turned in and complete families will receive a voucher. Once staff verify all information is complete, you will be given the voucher. Registration forms will be available Monday morning. Please check with the Adventure Club Staff. There will be a $35 registration fee for your child and $15 for each additional child with a $65 max per family.
